Reservation policies

A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure the reservation. All prices are quoted in US dollars. The remaining rental cost must be paid 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
 

Cancellation policies

A 10% cancellation fee will be assessed if cancellation occurs 31 or more days prior to scheduled arrival. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed if cancellation occurs 30 to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival. A 75% fees will be charged if cancellation occurs 14 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date. If the renter does not arrive as scheduled there will be no refunds.

* Renters are subject to the conditions of behavior and uses of our rental property.  A refundable security deposit is required.
